Returns & Exchanges
At Redtape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Redtape account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack the Items
Carefully place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
